I don't normally post coin links from
ebay and this one had taken me by surprise, as it is certified by PCGS as a in-collar flip-over double struck 1922

There are numerous photos, and honestly I don't see the details jumping out of me, but would think that the coin dies would be closer then 1½ inches apart when striking the planchet, the minimum space required for a struck coin to flip-over and land back in the collar.
Stranger things have happened at the mint.
