Question.
Does the 1878-p rev 79 VAM 203-A have the parallel lines on the short leaf or not? Does 203 have neck clash or only 203 A and is the back leaf under the B polished on both 203 and 203A.

What is the Key characteristics between the 203 and 203-a? Vamworld makes it confusing to me.
Thank You

The way I read it, 203A is characterized specifically by the clashing and should otherwise look pretty much like 203.

True That! The 203A displays unmistakable clashing on both the obverse and reverse. There are at least three letter clashes ... "In" on the neck, "ST" in the hairline and the designer initial 'm' on the reverse.
