HI:

It looks like a Gothic crown. However the edge is plain and the strike is much more modern. At a guess its a reproduction and at some stage it had a COA that would state the silver content. Perhaps it is from the Patina collection in which case it might be be sterling standard. I suggest you examine the edge closely with a loupe perhaps there is a Hallmark/ silver standard mark on it. If it hasn't got any silver mark on it then it could be anything ranging from Silver plate through to pure silver

Obviously a Gothic crown repro but could be silver. As austrokiwi says, ask for a close up of the hallmark on the edge.
