I've been looking at the 2012 ASE S Pair that came out last year. Am I wrong, but I don't seem to see a DCAM for the Reverse Proof. I can find plenty for the "regular" coin in the pair, but not for the reverse. Am I not looking hard enough or do they not exist? Also, am I correct that only PCGS issues the DCAM and the others have a different phrase to describe the same thing as DCAM?

The Deep Cameo is not possible without a background to mirror reflect and the RP is a reverse of the normal proof which has a mirror background

The proofs are DCAM with PCGS and UC (Ultra Cameo) with NGC

Yeah, the cameo attributions are not applied to reverse proofs.
