Nice Half Cent, I was thinking like GothicFlorin just because in my own experience PCGS has been pretty hard on grades of my copper coins, usually making them the top end of a slight under grade - NGC I just don't get with their copper grading for the most part, very inconsistent. I only buy NGC coins with a return privilege, or after seeing them in hand. ICG I'm pretty good with same with ANACS. For my money, PCGS nails the copper grades with more consistency than all the other TPG's combined.
