What do I do, just send it in?
Call first?
Pay any return shipping or handling fee?
I can find no such details on the NGC site.
But I have 'bout made the decision to do it!

Best advice would be to call their customer service and ask. Their fee chart says it is a no charge service but I suspect it is more along the lines of a regrade submission (Send in a grading fee) where they will refund the fee if it was overgraded the first time.

So ASK them.

If ever there was a coin that deserves Appearance Review, Jon, you have one. Do it right the first time, so they can't wiggle out from under it.

It is going in today. I found the correct online forms, it is actually pretty easy. Boils down to you need to check the right boxes and pay return shipping based on claimed cost just like a regular submission.
It is supposed to be a rather quick process, I will keep you guys posted as to the outcome.
Thanks for the replies!

I am not familiar with an Appearance Review. Just out of curiosity, what is the expected outcome?
