Anyone Ever Do An NGC Appearance Review?

Their fee chart says it is a no charge service but I suspect it is more along the lines of a regrade submission (Send in a grading fee) where they will refund the fee if it was overgraded the first time. Boils down to you need to check the right boxes and pay return shipping based on claimed cost just like a regular submission.
