Well it is, or was, a Modern US coin so this must be the place...

My son gave me this coin that he fished out of our Kenmore top loading high efficiency washer the other day. It's got to be about the most amazing looking washer/dryer damaged coin I've ever seen. I thought you might get a kick out of it too. It is most definitely a keeper.

If it were done intentionally I would agree but this was accidental and as such I think it's cool.
