This is the reverse of a Byzantine Anonymous folles circa late 10th to mid 11th centuries. Would need to see a picture of the other side along with the size and weight of the coin to be able to tell what class it fulls under.

To clarify and confirm: this is indeed another "anonymous" Byzantine follis. This one is Class B, attributed to the reign of Romanus III (AD 1028-1034).
