Hard to say. Do you have some bigger pictures? I'd say EF to UNC based on those pictures.

In my own opinion, the coin looks AU to MS. The real coin is nicer than these pics.

There is wear in the hair. Not much but its there. I would say its EF due to this slight wear and lack of any lustre.
