Tough call due to lack of publicly-available information. I don't think the date is quite far enough right for VAM-6. The left serif of the 1 seems to line up with the right edge of the third denticle, where VAM-6's lines up with the left edge of the 4th denticle.

Based on the apparent tilt of the mint mark, I'm going to call this one VAM-2.
