It isn't actually a "coin". It's a souvenir medal, sold at (and depicting on the reverse) the Sun Yat-sen Memorial Hall in Mainland China. Wikipedia.

It's the sort of thing you'd find for sale for a few dollars in a delaer's "mystery items" scratchtray.
