Mostly new to American coins and am wondering if Trust is doubling or what do you call this ?
Any information would be appreciated .

If you are referring to the areas just above the letters of TRUST, that is Die Deterioration, not a doubled die. The object inside the 9 of the date is a die chip, which is very common on the mid to late 50's cents.
