Looks AU for wear. I'd guess AU-50.

Low AU is right on, 50 could go 53 at a TPG

That one is really tough... the toning distracts enough that it is hard to tell if it is wear or just toning. I agree, maybe AU50... I liked the other 2 coins better. I like toning but this one seems wierd in its own way... :)
