Very good paper quality with folds that I can really see, Strong enough corners, over all no damage. I haven't held it in hand but I would call it AU pretty confidently.

How is that VF?
***After reading the above post I looked at the note more closely and it looks like there may be some damage to the edges possibly water damage.
I would still call this note at least EF IMO

Thanks, but ya the only things wrong is horizontal center fold and vertical center fold.

Little wrinkles is a common sign of water or moisture damage on paper. I can't say for sure that is what we are looking at, it is just an observation. This webpage has a decent definition guide. http://www.banknotes.com/grading.htmThere are no pictures for reference but I think it is pretty easy to follow

I agree with the VF grade. I can see 4 folds. Bottom left and right corners, the horizontal and the vertical. Corners are rounded and soft. I think that the bill was lightly circulated, then put directly into a folder where it had some time to (relax) thus making it appear better then it really is.

The bill actually was in a holder for around 20 years. So it wasn't really round' the block much.

I also agree with a VF grade, if a note has folds and, some staining you really can't call it better than VF
