I've got this Gallienus AE and the surface makes me wonder if it is a cast fake.

GALLIENVS AVG, Radiate bust facing to the right.
ABVNDANTIA AVG, Abundantia, standing to the right, holding a Cornucopia with both hands, emptying it to the right.
B in the left field.

Weight: 1.70 g, Diameter: 17 x 17 x 1 mm, Mint: Rome, Reference: RIC 157

I may well be jumping to unreasonable conclusions, since I know that the AE's of Gallienus were mostly low in quality, compared to coins of the rebel, Postumus.

The coin appears real just badly worn.

Looks like environmental damage from being buried.

Thank you

I bought this in a lot from a seller from Germany, who has a good reputation for selling these types of "radiates".
No feedback of selling fake coins.

This coin certainly appears to genuine to me, it has just been a victim of corrosion and wear.
Your attribution looks good to me as well.
At 1.7 grammes it may be a barbarous radiate, but if it is, the style for a barbarous radiate is very good.
