I have a brand new uncirculated 5 dollar coin from the 1976 Montreal Olympics.( non-magnetic) Whats the value on this?

Fairly common. It's sterling silver (92.5% ag and 7.5% cu).

IMO, it's only value is in the silver which is about .72oz. You'd likely get about 20 bucks for melt value.

I don't think there is much numismatic value.

Edit to add: J&M have them listed at $35 on their website...

Depends on your market. In montreal it would be worth more because of local history vs say vancouver
