I am very interested in what the experts will post on this coin.
I have several coins in this condition that I am having trouble
identifying. I did order a book today, that I hope will give me
more knowledge in colonial coins.

This looks to be a 1786, but I thought James Jarvis only punctuated with cinquefoils (recognize them from the Fugios?), and he didn't do 1786s. Where am I going wrong?

I've decided it has to be a 1787, with one of the Miller 33 obverses, and probably one of the Miller Z reverses. Am I warm?
