It's from the time of the Ch'ien Lung emperor (spelled "Qian Long" in the modern Chinese fashion), who ruled 1736-1795 - same as thingee's coin here.

Oh, and the "right way up" for this coin is: spin the front (top picture) 90 degrees clockwise, the back 90 degrees anticlockwise.
