Is this one about to go dark? Latest mintage figures put it just under 200k, well below the 2011 number of 309k which would make it the 2nd lowest mintage burnished silver eagle.

This early in the year I would guess no

EDIT: For some reason I just assumed you meant the 2013.

2013 isn't scheduled to go live until May I believe, maybe they don't want to mint another batch with the 2013's ready to go shortly?

That is a low number but consistent with the dropping numbers of all the Mint products...The 2012 Annual Dollar Set is still for sale and includes a W ASE (17,770 sets sold)...that is a nice set for the price...
