I have a MS 64 1949 1 cent red that ICCS states is a "A off Denticle" is this the same as the Charlton definition of A points to LDE?

No. The ICCS comment would be "A to Denticle" if it was a Charlton "A points to LDE". Sorry!

"A off Denticle" = "A between Denticles"
