Albeit there appears to be significant -- crap perhaps would be an appropriate term -- on both the obverse and reverse; what are some grade assertions (probably "details") regarding this 1891 Seated Liberty dime?

this would receive a Genuine designation
unfortunately, I don't believe you can assign a numerical grade to it without assigning one that would more represent the market value of the coin in its condition

the reverse sure took the brunt of some pretty harsh condiitions at some point. VF details on the obv, maybe VG on the reverse.
