Hi Guys,

I have been offered a 1972 $20 note for $110.00 and was wondering what you guys think. It has no creases (i have had it in hand) and has no blemishes

What would be a fair price? I don't want to rip anyone off, but don't want to get ripped off.

That is probebly an aUNC note with a book value of $320 (Maccas 2013) so $110 is good for you ( I would guess that this is about the ebay average for these notes).
If you want the note and need it for your collection then "Go for It"

Decimal notes are really dead at the moment it seems. Get your note and hold it up to a bright light so that it shines across the surface. Make sure there isn't any indents, folds or creases. Even if not UNC I agree with trout and think $110 is alright.
