Something looks off about it to me. Lustre seems wrong. The fine details are almost grainy? I don't think its the lighting either.
Is it whizzed?

It's not graded.
I don't believe it's a SP.
I definitely don't think it's whizzed either.
Depending on how much 'red' ICCS will give it, I think it has a very good chance at an ms66.
Absolute lock '65'.
It's flawless except for a very small area of tiny hits in the field between the Kings' beard and the letters 'GEO'.

If it's problem-free, then it's the strike that leaves a bit to be desired (bottom of the sash, beard and hair). I think ICCS will grade it a 64.
