1/2d: 1923, 1915
1d: 1930, 1925, 1946
3d: 1922/21 overdate, 1934/33 overdate, 1915, 1942M
6d: 1918
1/-: 1933, 1921*, 1915
2/-: 1932, 1915, 1939

That is a very brief list of some of the harder dates fof each denomination. Some are certainly not key dates but in mid to higher grades start to become quite expensive.

I have a couple of extras of those that I'm looking to get rid of. All in above VF condition (Australian grading)
1d: 1925, 1946
1/-: 1921*

Enworb forgot to mention: 2/-: 1933 & maybe even the 6d: 1935

I regard the 1959 florin as a bit special, because an engraver at the mint put an additional feature on the coin that year:
apparently, the Mint calls it a "die crack";
the alternative theory is that an engraver was nearing retirement, and wanted to do something "different" to mark his departure.
