Another one for identification

I think it might be British but I am not sure, I could not find it so far in the Spink book but kind of similar ones I did see there:

First of all, this coin is heavily clipped. The British Royal arms as pictured first came into use under James I. The XII on the obverse indicates a shilling, but should be to the left of the portait for James I shillings. To the right, should make this Charles I.

What do you mean by "heavily clipped" ?

The outer edges of the coin, the part with the legends, have been trimmed away by someone to steal the silver. That may be why it was hard for you to find a matching picture.
