I chose gold because it seems like the most low maintenance (it seems to corrode less).

I chose silver because most of what I collect was minted in that. There are a good amount of non pm metal coins I collect that I also enjoy very much

My favorite is anything I can a great deal on, that being mostly silver.

What I'd prefer to collect is gold and platinum, but what I do collect is nearly all silver and a sadly small amount of gold.

I got 1000 ikes today with 17 silvers. 5 ASE, 4 morgan, 1 peace, 3 blue ikes, 2 brown ikes, 1 commemorative, and 1 Hugarian Taler. I'm a silver man!

Silver! Cheaper than gold and it sounds and feels awesome. Silver tones beautifully. I love everything about silver coins.

Most of the coins I collect are silver but I would love to be able to collect both silver and gold. If only gold were a little more affordable.
