Should be reported to ebay and the RCMP. Sale of counterfeit coins and the importation into Canada is illegal!

The seller said "DON'T pay if you don't accept to buy a copy, a SOUVENIR!" is better than nothing to the buyer. I think it is this sentence that ebay can't charge he/she any more. There are many fools in the world but hope not me this time. Thanks plonker.

"I can't guarantee nothing"

I suspect it's not worth while debating the finer points of a double negative :)

That auction was apparently ended by the seller.

The seller must be a Quebecois with limited knowledge of English. They might get their point across better using Google translate.

So what? For most people, English is a second or bridge language only. :)

Yep, that's French, where the double negative is the rule:

"Je n'ai rein." => "I don't have none." = "I don't have any."

I was not referring to his English writing skills but the ridiculous disclaimers. I myself is not a native English speaker. You can still see how ridiculous the disclaimers and the state of the coins afte you ignore his English. He was even clearly referring to stolen coins being sold. I thought it was funny that he put all these disclaimers and still be able to sell on ebay and to top that people bidding on his coins.
