Here are two 1927 pennies. Gnome had mentioned that there is a less common variety of this date, as well...so just checking.

G'day hunterga20, sorry didn't see this one yesterday. It has the same obverse as the 24's. So sorry it is also the standard coin.
But don't worry I have been chasing a 1927 Indian Obverse for about 4 years now myself.
I do have a couple of the 24's with the Indian/Calcutta obverse.
Another one to keep an eye out for is the 1931 with the Indian obverse. They're a hard one to find in a reasonable condition, and then there is the 1931 Indian obverse with the Birmingham reverse dropped 1, even harder to find and does come with a price tag.
Info on the 1931 by Jon Saxton.

Thanks, Gnome, for the info and the links. I think I've had more fun with my $10 purchase of 28 Australian and British pennies than I ever expected.

My pleasure, if you need to know anymore on our predecimals or you find some other interesting pieces, just asked there are plenty of people who should be able to help you out.
