Wow, thank you for the information. I recognized the second one from your posting earlier. I thought they may be replicas as they were in a box of "junk" tokens at 6 for a $1.00. That was about 10 years ago, and these have always been three of my favourites.
I remember the dealer telling me that he had a guy come over from the states every couple of months with coffee cans full of tokens.
