Just need to know if this 1921 d morgan Is dmpl or not? I've compared it to a dmpl and the mirror effect seems to be there. Also has great details compared to my pcgs ms65? It also has tripled stars and date VERY BOLD ( VAM)? Also has a full rainbow toned reverse. at first when looking on reverse I was disappointed because the wreath looked like it didnt have great detail which I thought would hurt the coin. The inner lines that form the leaves of wreath didnt show up but the wreath was just so bold it confused me? How could all of wreath be so bold and the most inner detail not be? the inner wreaths details would still be there if it were from wear? seeing as how that part of the design is punched deeper into coin right? It looks as if it never made it on the coin itself. I guess any help I could get would be handy seeing as how I plan to send it off to NCS to have it detailed in just a week. TIA

K Thanks guys really appreciate your wise educated opinions. But why would a coin dealer want to trade a ms60 1921 d morgan for a vf?

DMPL you need to be able to read clealy newsprint from 6 inches away minimum! Also both sides. I don't think with the toning it would make pl even

Those two big tape marks kinda' kill the eye appeal. It is considerably shiny where the tape was, but I don't think PL applies unless it's on the entire surface. Looks like it spent part of it's life taped in a cheap acidic folder. Maybe if it weren't it would be PL.
