My First Partial Collar! I Hope...

I think I found my first partial collar. I checked error-ref.com and can't find a link with pics. It is a 1983-P Jefferson nickel. It is not evenly spaced all the way around the edge so could it be a tilted partial collar? Check out the pics and let me know guys. I have full obv & rev pics. The next is the thicker, then the thiner, then one in the middle on each side of the thicker and thiner. Thanks!

Looks like a tilted partial collar to me. The small diameter should be the correct diameter for a five cent piece. The large diameter would be where the metal flowed out over the top of the collar. Nice find.
