Hi folks!

Here's another portion of my quest to upgrade my 3 Cent Nickels.

What do you all think of the new one?
(You could always grade the old one too if you want to!!)

Thanks for looking!

Quite a bit more detail in the hair, ribbon and wreath. Nice upgrade.

Oh My!

I would guess MS63 (but I am weaker at grading UNC coins).

With the original, I would say VG10 with a shot at F12. The leaves on the reverse are what push me down.

Who am I kidding...I am drooling over that one too .

I think I see a little wear, so I'll say AU58, but I'm just guessing.

I like the upgrade, I think it looks MS lowend probably around 61/62.

If it's in the MS category, I'd guess 63.

I always found these difficult to grade. I will say AU-58

I grade as lovely Moe ... both coins.

MS63 is my uninformed guess on the uncirculated example ... although I enjoy them both.

I am on the fence between AU-58 and MS-62ish. I am not sure if there is a little bit of friction on the cheek but the coin appears lustrous which I have a hard time seeing it grade any lower than a 58. A fantastic upgrade from F-12!
