Not sure what that is, but it's not any type of error so it has no extra value.

The metal is seamlessly imbedded in the exact middle of the coin? never seen anything like this before. Both metals are of the same color and texture. Did not think itd be a mistake from a mint, but had to ask.

Looks like somebody spot welded a piece of welding wire to a quarter ........ to make it easier to pick up.
