I received these in the mail today from an ebay purchase. I'm filling a Dansco album. I hope the pictures will work. Compare the date to the writing on the 2x2 and tell me if you think they match up. There is one I'm not so sure about and I want more opinions. I won't say which one, and I'll see if my suspicions are confirmed. Thanks guys!

the 1960 D "small date" is not a small date. the top of the 6 is too long.

The more I stare at them, the harder it gets to discern them. Thanks.

I agree that the last one appears to be a large date... Any way you can provide zoomed-in pictures of the dates?

At least the one that matters greatly (namely the 1960 small date) is correct. Sometimes it gets difficult to discern either, but I think the 1970-S can be more difficult to identify to the novice eye.

Everybody said what I thought originally. Thanks for the help! I contacted the seller, and he's sending me a replacement.

The 1960-D small date is in fact a large date. All other 3 coins correct as advertised.

Yep, 60-D small date is in fact not a small date. Good to see the seller is fixing the mistake.

Tell me about it! I gave up trying to find one in change, and am just going to roll 1970 S separate as I hoard copper

I've become pretty good at spotting the differences in the 1970-S large and small, but I still find myself second-guessing sometimes. I keep hoping I will find one in my roll searches, but so far, no luck. Funny thing is, I hardly find any large date S mints from 1970 when I search. I did find a very nice small date 1960 about a month ago though in a roll from the bank. Couldn't believe my luck. It's in my Lincoln circulated set now.
