I was wondering if someone could help me identify what kind of error this is. The last number in the date appears to be slanted and jagged to the point where I can't even tell what date is supposed to be on the coin. Any information would be greatly appreciated.

1911-?-Lincoln-Wheat-Penny-Error?

Unfortunately, your coin is just damaged- that is just a large PMD gouge and not an error. However, I can tell you that the date is either 1918 or 1919 because the VDB designer initials were not located on the base of the shoulder until 1918.
