Haven't picked anything up in awhile. What are your thoughts on grade for this coin? What would you pay for it?

Much appreciated!!

It looks like a solid AU coin. The price really jumps from XF to AU.

with the exception of slight scratch on obverse would you say this has been cleaned? definitely a much nicer example for my 7070 but just want to make sure I didn't overpay for the coin in terms of its value.

I wouldn't say it's been cleaned. Looks original to me and very nice at that!
It has the scratch on the obverse and a few ticks here and there, but overall I say AU 50.

Beautiful Seated quarter.

I go with AU50. a couple rim ticks and the obverse scratch would keep it from getting AU55/58. I would pay about 70% retail which is $170 to be on the safe side. this coin has low population as mintage was 932,000. it would be a great addition to any collection.
