Howdy! I am still learning to correctly identify LMC varieties and errors. This one has me stumped. I am not sure if this is a lamination-type error or an example of post-Mint damage.

I believe it is De-lamination.

Since the laminations are still attached and not detached yet I would call it a lamination.
