Its a small clip if at all, not sure if the Blakeley effect would be reduced because of how small it is.

The way the rims fade off near the clip makes me think this is a real one. I could be wrong though.

I don't see a hint of the Blakesley effect, but it's sometimes hard to see on coins with minor clips. I'm not yet convinced that it's from the mint.

The real deal. The weakness of the devices and the small endings of the rims confirm it to me. If it were PMD that little area where the rim feather, would be abrupt.

Not that you need any more confirmation, but I agree that it is genuine. Clips this small are actually somewhat common, as far as errors go, on coppers. I'm sure that many people, if they do notice it, assume it is damage.
