I have to knock it a down a couple points for the Obv digs in and around the motto as well as the two rim dings near the Y. Also the cheek looks a little rough. I go with MS62
MS63 due to the numerous ticks, luster looks very good!

I know this going against the grain but I lean towards an AU-58 more than I do towards MS-63 which I think is the highest MS grade it can grade. I think the cheek may have a little bit of friction but the area is a little dark in the photos. It may need an in hand examination to determine if there is friction there.
