no it's not cleaned it has a nice patina on it
ill have to find better lighting and wait for my camera.
some of my coins that look cleaned in the pictures I dont think are.
i will find a coin on e-bay with similar look and post it so
you can get an idea of the patina in the meantime

I'm at VG8 details due to the verdigris on the obverse. It has the look of being cleaned to me as we'll although it might just be some scratches on the plastic.
