I don't know how to post a link to these 3. Maybe someone can help me. They do not look correct and they all have the same look and same black stuff on them. All come from the same seller and he/she won't answer questions.

This is the 3rd 37-P that I've seen in the last 2 months with the same wear on the Rev.

What say you?

Im not really sure what to think on these either...
I do not think they are fakes, they all look like they have been washed in a washing machine, then sat for a while to accumulate the black gunk.

Very hard to say as they are all circulated, but have that cleaned look... then the gunk which makes them look like they spent some post cleaning time in an old wallet, lined drawer etc... who knows.

I think someone here will be able to shed some light for us.

I say they've been heavily polished/cleaned.

I agree with the cleaning... it almost looks like they were buried and then cleaned. They don't appear to be fake. The seller isn't listing them for a ton of money, so I am guessing whoever gets them will be fine.

In my opinion ... these are authentic coins that have been cleaned.

PCGS would send them back as genuine - details.

How sad to see that happen to better commemoratives.

I'm surprised they sold for as much as they did.

Hopefully the buyers didn't misinterpret the polishing for genuine wear for a low grade set.
