I found this on ebay and while he states it a pcgs graded coin in a pcgs holder. I can't find that coin listed anywhere on pcgs.com. So my question to you, how do you look up and find that specific coin or this just a pull of leg basically?

Really early PCGS slab. The serial is in PCGS' database for a 1934 Peace dollar, so it's very likely the proper coin.

Agreed. I'm not in the market, but if I were I would have absolutely hit that coin at that price. I think that one reaches 64 without a second thought.
