I see absolutely no reason why they should not.
Of course they do. The Brits generally have been depending on exports to the U.S. for 3 or more centuries.
The Royal Mint has been dealing internationally for at least two centuries.

It seems that you have been waiting for a shipment from the U.K. for perhaps too long.

I can guess at a few reasons:
1. Your order has been placed in a queue. (?I might have heard of that somewhere before?)
2. I usually wait for 10 days between placement of order with payment and arrival.
3. U.S. postage is slow. I know that they are broke. Could extend the 10 day period.

On The Royal Mint web site, they have the following information:

International Customers:

The Royal Mint endeavours to despatch all goods within 21 days of acceptance of your order. Please allow additional time for overseas transit.

While for UK Customers:

UK Customers

In stock items are usually despatched within 3 working days. If the product you would like to order is not in stock, we will endeavour to deliver your goods within 21 days of acceptance of your order.

Even in the UK, I normally expect the few items that I buy from The Royal Mint to take 10 working days to arrive.

Just curious as to the nature of your question. You might be able to find the item yoi want cheaper from a dealer in the US since they would not had to pay a tax of 20% on the item and even in the UK dealer prices for some items are less buying them from The Royal Mint.

I find that post to and from US and Canada is very slow while Australia tends to be very quick. I am already at 14 calendar days for an airmail package from Canada to arrive.
