looks like it could be a Canadian provincial penny or half penny token but that is just a guess.

Looks like the remains of a Nova Scotia halfpenny token from the early 19th Century

Looks like a Nova Scotia. Seems off though perhaps a contemporary couterfeit Blacksmith token? The Thistle and legend look wrong to me...

It's a Scottish bawbee (6 pence) from Charles II....
dates from 1677-1679
