First off, all of these are very nice pieces.
1)$2.00 red seal 1953A star I say Ef. = $20.00 these are from a 2003 price guide. so they may be up some in value
2)$5.00 1928 E star note Red seal grade Ef $150.00
3)One Papa $5.00 Silver certificate (Tehee/ Burke) Very nice note I can tell some one pressed it some of course with out damage. I grade it at EF maybe close to an AU. $950.00 in Ef, $1225.00 in AU . The only concern is the Burn looking Stains also pick up the notes and hold them up to the light to look for pinholes
4)$10 Bison note ( Speelman/White) 1901 Fine = $500.00 Vf= $750.00
This one I think is a fine borderline VG also has been pressed to take the wrinkles out , but I do not believe they damaged the note doing so.
keep in mind these prices are not to date and could go for more i will give you $200.oo for the whole lot Huh What do you think . LOL

No You would of had a bargain with just the $10.00 Bison note I think. And If you want you can make some money I will give 500 for the the One Papa or the lot if you like. LOL Now are these your photos, or photos from a seller on ebay .

Well Jim, while I thank you for your knowledge, these notes are not for sale at this time. I have to enjoy them for awhile. The scans are mine, I got the notes from (I hate using this term) an estate auction yesterday. They advetised over 150 lbs of coins and notes. I had to skip work to attend, but I think it was worthwhile. I missed out on about $200 pay and spent over $1400, but I don't think I'll have any regrets.

I think you basically stole them! The Bison and Onepapa are very popular and have skyrocketed in value over the last few years. They are two of the best looking designs on U.S. currency, and sell well even in awful condition. I'd say VF25-30 on the Onepapa and VF20-25 on the Bison. Currency is even harder to grade in photo's than coins. Pinholes do not readily show or severity of the creases. At any rate, you did fantastic! Red Seals are always popular as well. I would love to find deals like those. You definitely did not lose anything by missing work! I'll give you $600.00 right now!!!HEHEHEHEHE Mike

Just out of curiosity, where was this estate auction? :)
$425 would have been a steal for either one of the large size notes, but to have gotten both, well, you instantly made some 100%-200% profit if you were to go straight to any dealer from the auction.
