Here is a scan of a 10 dollar bill (had to scan and shrink it down so it isn't the exact size of a bill. Found that out when I got a message about scanning US and World currency. This is the link my scanner software gave me. http://www.rulesforuse.org/pub/index.php)
Anyways, my question is: what does the number 14 represent on the bottom right corner? I noticed there are other numbers on all the bills.

10-Dollar-Question

Just in case you were curious, the scattered pattern of yellow 10s is the reason why your scanner software sent you to that website.

The scanner did not send OP to a website, it's the software used to scan the image. It's filled with bloatware that claims to prevent counterfeiting. Getting an older version of Photoshop would solve that problem while also using less resources on your computer.

As for the number, it's the plate number. You will also find a plate number on the front of the bill.
