I just got Thad to ship me 3 bottles to a US address and then went and picked them up, I'm on a boarder town.
Those 3 are gone but PM me.

Quote: contact CCF member BadThad with a message and he will let you know the best source Thad put me on to wizard supply. I fully understand that they aren't making much on a $17 bottle but charging $30 shipping for a $7 envelope is, to put things politely, absolutely not going to happen. If I buy $50 and ship within the US they ship for free, and I was tempted to have an order shipped to a US PObox (about 2 hours round trip), but at this point I am ready to boycot out of princepal.

Did you let Thad know your shipping issue to Canada? It seems like a good size coin market up there that should not be subject to exorbitant shipping costs.

I did tell Thad about the shipping costs, he suggested I ask them to confirm the rate as they were probably charging ALL international customers the same minimum.
I politely emailed Wiz and asked if there wasn't a cheaper way to ship (USPS, which is the service they list, is $6.95 for regular parcel) - the response was "use the shipping calculator on the website".
Again, I have no problem with companies adding a realistic percentage for handling on small orders, but 400% ?

Good luck with your VC experiments! Wizard told me they will refund international customers the difference between actual and charged shipping. They simply buffer enough of a charge to make sure the order will be covered.

I don't have any but my folks are coming up from the states in a few weeks and could get some for you if you wanted.

That would be great. I can't message on here but you can email me at meltodd2012@gmail.com
I'd want the 60 ml bottle. I'll be metal detecting this year so will need lots.

not trying to dip into Thad's pockets, but for detector finds you might want to consider an ultrasonic cleaner or soaking in olive oil. the cost of the verdi-care/gone will be more than a corroded coins are worth.
