fioti..I presume you use windows like most people..I do not, but there is a link for you windows users below.
http://gimp-win.sourceforge.net/

1 - click "tools"
2 - click "transform tools"
3 - click "rotate"

It is called GIMP, as powerful as Photo shop and it is FREE

Hope that helps

Dear wert,

I have that program downloaded on my computer, but I can't figure out how to use it to measure rotation. After you import your coin, what do you do next? And when you do import it, do you "right" it as you have done with sich0015's coin, and then go to Tools? I am just lost in this program! Any help you could offer would be greatly appreciated.

smitrobbin...Once you have imported the coin you want to do a rotation on, use the following steps.

First, left click on the coin and choose open with GIMP..then

1 - click "tools"
2 - click "transform tools"
3 - click "rotate"
