Ok hi guys my name is Mark, I have alwats been intrested in coins but today I went to the local Coin Gallery by my house I was amazed by their selection.
Anyways I am here to ask for a list of ALL the US pennies, or link me to a thread with a list, I tried searchin but couldnt find , obviously its easy because its a penny a year, but some have diffrent mints, I wanna go preferably all the way back to indian heads but right now just the wheaties to the current.
The coin gallery gave me 10 free sleaves with 20 on each, he said hel five them if I ever need coins to come in. Cool right?! Lol Thats the reason I came is to get sleeves because I wanna collect one of each.
Anyways thank you all!!

There's no problem with a Wikipedia link, justin3651, but all that information is already available right here at Coin Community, at the link xZACKx posted. Once you're here, there's no need to ever leave again.

Collecting pennies is a great way to start a collection. In recent years (since copper prices went though the roof) a lot of nice pre-1982 pennies have disappeared from circulation.
Good luck with your collection and enjoy!

Are you looking to build a type set of one of each cent style or going for one of every year and minmark? Good luck.

Why stop at indian heads? A couple years before indian heads and you could have an example of all small cents minted by the United States. Go for the gold! Figuratively. You're going for copper and zinc and stuff in reality. Just to be clear. Which I probably am not being.

Moe, I like the Hotel California paraphrase...at least that is first thing that I thought of when I read it.

If you can find a coin store or possibly a hobby store, see if you can buy a Red Book by Whitman Publishing. And/or some flea markets. That book would list all the ones your looking for and you can sit and read it anytime without turning on a computer. There is a web site called http://www.cooppercoins.com and if they still have issues, the guy that has that site had two books out on just Lincoln Cents. That one is great since you can read things about every year of that coin and all the possible errors.
