Good Morning there. There is a funny looking 1966 wavy coin on ebay, Does anybody know the method on how this coin clip was made? I can not figure out what tools were used. this is all new to me. So check out ebay and take a look.

If it is the coin your referring to, the coin is genuine & the seller is a member here.
There was quite a lot of discussion about it on another coin forum before he listed it,the only thing that could'nt be 100% decided was if the clip is genuine.
The seller has been honest in his description so I really can't see any problem with it.

To make a link, you bring the page up,then go to the address bar that runs right across the top of the page, left click on the address, which will turn it blue, then right click & a drop down comes up, click on copy, then go to where you want to put the link, right click again & then click on paste & the link will appear.
Hope you can understand that.

That's correct. The line is genuine for sure, but the clipped side is the interesting bit. But how was it done? can you please direct me to the original forum thread.

As was pointed out by AA this coin is being sold by a long time member here. He found the coin that way, it has been made by him and he is not trying to deceive anyone. Theres a tiny possibility it is a clip but I dont think so.
